Local Carrier Pickup Service

We've partnered up with Chit Chats to offer an all new Local Pickup service -Carrier Pickup! 

With Carrier Pickup, you're able to pickup your order at a physical location without scheduling a pickup time. When your order is ready for pickup, simply arrive at your selected pickup destination and pickup your order.

Important Things to Note

• Orders are Shipped to Carrier Post Office (Pickup ETA 3 to 4 Business Days)
• Pickup is free for orders above 25 CAD
• Orders are held for 7 Business Days before being returned
• Available on Medium/Small In-Stock Products [Excl. deskpads]

How it Works

 1) Place Order w/ Carrier Pickup

When checking out, qualifying orders will have the Carrier Pickup option available during shipping method selection. Select your preferred location for pickup (Port Coquitlam, Burnaby, or Richmond)

2) Wait for Order

Once the order is received our fulfillment team will pack the order as normal. Your order will be delivered to our local Chit Chats post office where they will transport your order to your desired pickup location.

3) Pick-up Your Order

When your order is ready for pickup you will receive an SMS/Email notification. You have 7 days to pick up your order. If you have not received the pickup notification within the estimated timeframe please check your spam folder as it may be incorrectly filtered to junk mail.

When picking up at your selected location please have one of these ready to provide to the office attendant:

• Full name of order recipient
• Shipment ID

Tip: Shipment ID information will be available on the SMS/Email notification! Have it ready :)

If the order is not picked up within 7 days, the shipment will be sent back to us and you will be subject to a $7 return shipping fee.
