Thank you for visiting our website and shopping at Omega Keys. The following are our terms and conditions that outline our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination. Certain shipping options may be unavailable depending on the Province of the shipping address.

Flat Rate Shipping
Shipping in Canada is expensive. That's why we are extremely excited to bring a flat-rate shipping option for our customers. Orders shipped with Flat Rate shipping are cheaper than standard Canada Post services and come with tracking.Flat rate shipping delivery ETA is 2-10 Business Days (Canada).

Please note: Please use the Chit Chats tracking number for the first half of delivery. The Canada Post number updates once the package is in the destination province and should be used for the last half of delivery.
Second Note: Currently, there is a bug where having Large Size MonstarGear Lube Stations combined with other products causes Flat Rate shipping to double charge. There isn't a permanent fix for this, so at the moment we are manually refunding all orders being double charged on Flat Rate Shipping. We appreciate your understanding!
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Omega Keys is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Damages
Once the package is in the possession of the postal service, Omega Keys is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We are also not responsible for the failure of delivery of packages due to factors outside of our control.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Orders
We offer international shipping to select countries. We aim to increase the number of countries we ship to as we grow. The shipping options available may change depending on the delivery address.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Omega Keys is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
It is the buyers responsibility for paying any import duties, taxes, fees, and any similar which are required to purchase items overseas. The buyer is also responsible for contacting your import office/customs office in a timely manner when requested to do so.
As such, these are the responsibility of the buyer and is out of our control. Under no circumstance will we offer any refund, replacement, or similar for any packaes that are damaged, lost, or refused during import due to neglected duties.
