Shipping in Canada is expensive. That's why we now have a flat rate shipping option for our customers who aren't in a rush. We've partnered with Chit Chats to provide a cheaper option for our customers within Canada and the USA.

Flat Rate Shipping is uninsured. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged there is nothing we can do without the purchase of Route Package Protection Insurance.
Flat Rate Shipping Canada
When shipping orders within Canada, Chit Chats works with Canada Post to provide lower cost shipping. All Chit Chats orders are shipped from BC by land and are handed off to a Canada Post sorting facility within the package's destination province.
From there Canada Post handles the package for the remainder of the delivery.
When Canada Post has your order, the Canada Post tracking number will begin providing tracking updates. In the meantime, we advise using the Chit Chats tracking number found within the shipping confirmation
Flat Rate Shipping USA
When shipping orders within the USA, Chit Chats works with USPS.
Chit Chats delivers USA orders to the border where packages clear customs and are handed off to USPS to complete the final delivery.
When USPS has your order, the USPS tracking number will begin providing tracking updates. In the meantime, we advise using the Chit Chats tracking number found within the shipping confirmation
Insurance
Route Package Protection Insurance is offered and recommended on all orders. Please make use of this service. There is nothing we can do if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged without Route Package Protection. However, we will always do whatever we can to assist you.
Group Buys [GB]
Flat Rate shipping is available on a case-by-case basis on certain Group Buy items. Some Group Buy items can be very large or very heavy which greatly affects the variation in shipping costs between different shipping locations.
To avoid the overcharges and complications, Flat Rate Shipping is disabled for Group Buy items.
