Omega Keys Fulfillment Temporarily on Pause

(Update February 11, 5:20 pm): The fulfillment team is back to packing orders. Shipping confirmation emails are being sent out as we fulfill packages. All orders made recently are on track to be fulfilled and shipped by Monday. Local Pick-up Orders: please check your emails as we will be scheduling local pickups throughout the weekend.

It finally happened. I've tested positive for Covid-19 this morning.

We are currently quarantining and have covid tests scheduled for the other members of Omega Keys to ensure everyone's safety.

We are still taking orders, however, due to this we have frozen fulfillment for in-stock product orders. Our Lube Service team has not been affected and switch lubing will continue. Pre-orders will not be affected as they are estimated to ship out at a later date.

Following guidelines by Fraser Health BC and the BC CDC for people that are vaccinated, our fulfillment team will be quarantining and not fulfilling orders for 5 days (and when our symptoms have dissapeared).

If you made an order between February 1st - February 4th, please check your email as we have sent you more information about how we plan to move forward with the current order queue and take care of you with regards to the shipping delays.

All orders that are currently in queue will be shipped on Feb. 11th. Orders made between Feb. 4 - Feb. 10 will be shipped February 14th.

We understand that this causes delays to everyone's keyboard builds and we truly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We greatly appreciate your patience at this time and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out.
