Shipping Update

We’ve received a new update from our Freight Forwarder regarding our shipment.

What was once a 3-week estimate has become an 8-week estimate due to high volumes of cargo currently being shipped overseas.

We overestimated our original times to help account for shipping and manufacturing delays, but unfortunately, we did not foresee delays taking this long. Because of this, we have set a new shipping date as the End of April 2022.

I truly apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. I know a lot of you are eager to get your hands on the Q1, and we are just as sad to hear of the delays as everyone else. In the future, for large orders such as this, we will do our best to plan ahead and increase our estimation times to better account for potential shipping delays.

Pricing Update

There is some good news. We have been in talks with Keychron lately to reduce the MSRP of the Q1 Knob Edition in Canada. We have finally been authorized to reduce the price of the keyboard.

The new cost of the Q1 Knob edition on Omegakeys.ca is now 219.99 CAD. All customers who have already pre-ordered will be receiving refunds to match the new Q1 price. Please allow us a few days as we process all the refunds.
